Small Cap Stocks (Broaders Market) Leading The Rally But Weakening #Free

US stocks are slowly slipping into consolidation. S&P 500 or large caps lead the small caps when as big money hides during consolidation phases. While this trend has yet to materialize (and may not), a similar and somewhat leading has. The is highlighted by the red text in the Intermarket section of The Matrix. This should at least raise an eyebrow of concern for the bulls.

Consolidation can be defined by a downward sloping box, sideways action, or upward sloping when the backdrop is extremely strong. All outcomes favor at best a slowing of the rally. The consolidation need not be a long duration event.
